I have given 4star, one star less for the waiting period, facing this issue everytime whether in weekdays or weekends, though we have book time it took 2+ hrs waiting after our booked slot. If doctor took more time to investigate patient is good thing, but then booking slot duration need to be change to 15, 30 or 60 mins depends of first visit or recurring visit of patient. Dr. Sandeep Borse need to look in to this issue practically, it will help to reduce waiting time. Definitely waiting time will be reduced if management WILL.
